CWW WEEK 25 - Day 7 - Come And Reason

CWW WEEK 25 DAY 7 COME AND REASON
1. Isaiah 1:18
“Come now, let us reason together,” says the Lord. “Though your
sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are
red as crimson, they shall be like wool.”
This verse is one of the most direct invitations from God to engage
with Him in reasoning. It emphasises both God’s willingness to
forgive and the importance of coming to Him with a humble heart
to understand His will.
We are living through a great controversy; a battle between good
and evil as we all are moved like chess pieces on a board.
Evil forces array themselves in opposition to each other knowing
that we will comply with a manufactured solution that they both
agreed in advance would be their best outcome. This is called an
Egalian Dialectic.
The best way evil knows to win is to create a conflict and banish
conversation. It’s up to us to keep conversation alive because as
we do we learn and a light is placed on issues that need to be
clarified and understood. In all of this we know that there is a force
that does not want us to scrutinise issues in conversation because
it will destroy the deception. Is it not the role of us all to be
scrutineers of fact to determine authenticity?
Have you ever negotiated a deal or arrangement that felt
reasonable? What qualifies something as reasonable?
One such qualification is that it makes sense and is therefore
reasonable to assume or believe. The other is that it seems fair and
that all parties walk away having felt treated properly and with
good reason.
Reason should be the cornerstone of of our thinking and
communication. So my next question has to be this. What
happened to reason??
I resigned my career over vaccine mandates that were promoted
by my employer as being both lawful and reasonable. As hard as I
try I can see neither assumption to be ethical.CWW WEEK 25 DAY 7 COME AND REASON
God’s laws or principles were established to enhance the human
existence. To enhance life.
If you were stopped in your car at a stop light with no other
vehicles in sight and you noticed that a truck speeding up behind
you was unable to stop would you sit there with your foot on the
brake or would you accelerate through the stop light to avoid that
catastrophe about to happen because you were obeying the law?
What you did would have broken the law but saved lives so in one
sense it was illegal but it was lawful. Can you see the difference?
If a corporation applies a medical mandate on it’s employees to
participate in a medical intervention against their will, can that be
considered reasonable? If your career and livelihood are threatened
if you refuse to comply is that not coercion?
Can coercion be considered reasonable? Does this pass the man
in the street test?
In the pandemic mandate situation, reason, if applied, would have
taken a thorough risk benefit analysis and the actual facts might
have been examined more closely in order to avoid coercion. But
this did not happen. The decision to mandate defied logic and
therefore reason and the decision in the courts to uphold this
coercive unreasonable approach was supported in a legal sense
but not in a lawful sense because the decision did not enhance life
but instead destroyed it.
When we come and reason together we create an opportunity to
fully comprehend the problem we face together and then we can
apply the correct solution to resolve the situation knowing that all
that could be done will be done.
Under the light of scrutiny in a post incident debrief it will then be
seen that everything we did to solve the problem was squeaky
clean and that we come out of it as white as snow.
Clearly the only way to resolve conflict of opinion or a clash of
ideology is to come and reason together. That means bringing all
parties to the table including opposing voices.CWW WEEK 25 DAY 7 COME AND REASON
Censorship especially in the scientific arena can therefore have
catastrophic effects.
As the light comes on let us ponder a world where everyone could
make the effort to just come and reason.
In a world exploding with knowledge, reason seems a lot thinner on
the ground as we come to terms that all the knowledge in the world
is of no use to fools and fools are what we are when we fail to
come and reason.
When we seek God’s mercy and repent we are coming and
reasoning with God through Jesus as our mediator. Who loses
when this happens? Only evil is the loser. Who would you like to
see victorious in this great battle between good and evil? And God
Himself takes our blood stained character and washes it as white
as new wool. What a promise?
That should help you to make a choice.
Questions.
1. Have you ever been treated unreasonably?
2. Have you ever been unreasonable and hard to get along with?
3. Could coming to reason change the climate of your very
existence?
Prayer.
Dear Lord, Papa God.
Noise is getting louder as the conflict rages on so many issues. We
are like dogs chasing our tales Papa as we rush too and fro in a
world exploding with knowledge as it was foretold in scripture. We
need to come and reason Lord as You have told us, as we seek to
understand Your will for our lives. Please have mercy on our souls
Lord as we are all truly sinners and can only survive with Your
mercy and grace. For this we ask in Jesus name. Amen
Have a great day today with Jesus.
